QUALITY
Inspected at the stages where a fault is still cheap to fix.
Six defined check points from incoming stones to final packing, with AQL sampling on bulk runs and a record kept per order. Before despatch you receive inspection photographs and the order record; anything that does not meet the approved sample is remade or credited, and we pay the return freight.
Inspection points
1. Incoming stones
Colour, clarity and calibration against the master stone retained for your account.
4. Post-setting
Mechanical strength and visual finish of every setting.
2. Post-casting
Dimensional accuracy, weight and structural integrity of the casting.
5. Post-plating
Plating thickness and uniformity, including rhodium and gold finishes.
3. Pre-setting
Alignment of stone and mount; no visible gaps or misalignment.
6. Final
Full check against specification, including weight and finish, before packing.
