Do you make what I buy?
We manufacture finished silver and gold jewellery — rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, bangles and matched sets — in 925 sterling silver and 9k–18k gold, with an in-house stone department.
Are you a real factory or a trading office?
A registered Thai manufacturer: Crimson Gems, reg. 0105554078931, incorporated 2011, at the Jewelry Trade Center, Silom, Bangkok, and a TGJTA member. Casting, setting, plating, stone cutting and QC are our own standing departments.
What is your minimum order?
From 10 pieces per style, negotiable. For small brands we start from 5 pieces, or orders of about US$800 total.
How long do sampling and production take?
Sampling is 5–7 business days. Production is quoted by quantity from the approved sample; repeat orders turn around within about the sampling lead time.
What are your payment terms?
Agreed before each order and set out on your quotation.
Roughly what will it cost?
Quotes are itemised — metal, stones, labour and finishing — across three tiers (Regular, Medium, Premium), quoted per enquiry.
Will my design stay mine?
Yes. Your designs and tooling remain yours. Designs developed for a wholesale customer are never produced for Jewelry by Crimson or sold under our own label.
Are you compliant for my market?
We work in declared metals, disclose stone treatment, and can arrange nickel (EN 1811), lead, cadmium and REACH test reports on request. See our Compliance page.
Can I see the work?
Send an enquiry and we will share relevant examples; a paid sample order is the best way to judge the work in hand.

Which stones do you work with?
Genuine ruby, sapphire, emerald and coloured stones, cut and calibrated in-house; cubic zirconia is offered and clearly stated as synthetic.
