1. Design reference
2D CAD drawing, 3D file, wax model, or a reference piece.
3. Stone specification
Colour, clarity and calibration tolerance for each stone.
5. Quantity & forecast
Pieces per style, number of styles, and a 12-month forecast.
2. Metal specification
925 sterling silver, 375 / 585 / 750 gold, or a custom alloy.
4. Finish & plating
Polish finish; plating in rhodium, yellow or rose gold, or black ruthenium.
6. Destination market
Target market, so packing, hallmarking and documentation match.
7. Target landed cost
Your required cost per piece, so we can engineer to it.
Development stages

CAD approval
Digital model and technical specification finalised with you.

Wax or resin model
Physical prototype to verify fit, finish and proportion.

Production sample
Finished piece in the specified metal and stones for approval.

Pre-production sign-off
Final inspection and written sign-off before the bulk run begins.
Sampling: 5–7 business days · sample fee set per design, credited against your bulk order.
Ownership and branding
Private label ownership
Finished jewellery under your own brand name. Your designs and tooling remain exclusively yours. Maker's mark, hang tags, boxes and barcodes to your specification, with full documentation for your inventory and wholesale distribution.
Confidentiality
Every design and production batch is handled in confidence, from CAD approval to final inspection. NDA on request. Designs developed for a wholesale customer are never produced for Jewelry by Crimson or sold under our own label.
