What a wholesale account gives you
CONSISTENCY ON REPEAT ORDERS
Your first approved sample is the reference for every order after it. We keep the approved sample, the master stone for each stone type, the alloy recipe, the plating thickness and the CAD file on your account, and inspect every repeat against them — not against memory.
REPEAT ORDERS SHIP FASTER
With your tooling and references on file, repeat orders of existing styles are produced faster than a first run. Ask for the repeat lead time for your styles and quantities.
HELD COMPONENTS
For accounts ordering a style several times a year we hold cast components, findings and calibrated stones against your forecast, so a repeat order is setting, finishing and inspection rather than a full run.
ONE ACCOUNT CONTACT
Each wholesale account has a named contact who sees the enquiry, the quotation, the production schedule and the inspection record. You do not re-explain your account to a new person each order.
TERMS THAT DO NOT MOVE
Standard payment terms, lead-time ranges and the metal-price mechanism are published on Bulk Production and apply to every account from the first order. Open-account terms are considered after several completed orders. Designs we develop for you are never produced under our own label.

Inspection photographs and the order record sent before despatch; third-party inspection welcome on the floor by appointment.
